What do I wear?
There is no official dress code at Bass Performance Hall. Average attire is business or church style clothing.
Are refreshments available at Bass Performance Hall?
Yes, concessions are available at every performance.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is not permitted inside Bass Performance Hall. Smoking is permitted outside the building.
Are sound enhancement devices available?
Yes, wireless receivers with headphones are available to our patrons free of charge. The receivers may be obtained at the gift shop. You will be asked to leave a driver’s license or credit card as a deposit. Receivers should be returned immediately following the performance.
What happens if I arrive late for the concert?
As a courtesy to performers and patrons, latecomers arriving after the concertmaster has taken the stage will not be seated until an appropriate break in the performance.
When and where is the pre-concert lecture for Symphonic Series concerts?
Symphonic Insights is one hour prior to each American Airlines Symphonic Series performance. This pre-concert lecture series is held in the Bass Performance Hall audience chamber and is free of charge.
May I take photographs of the performance?
Sorry, no photography is allowed inside the audience chamber.
Do I need a ticket for my child?
Yes, everyone attending a symphony performance at Bass Performance Hall must have a ticket, including infants and children.
Do you offer tours of Bass Performance Hall?
The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra Association does not conduct tours of the hall, however, tours are available through Performing Arts Fort Worth. Please visit www.basshall.com for information.
What time does seating begin?
Seating begins 30 minutes prior to the concert start time.
Are group ticket discounts available?
Yes, group discounts are available for selected symphony events. Please contact the ticket office at 817-665-6000 for group sales rates.
Can I exchange my tickets or get a refund?
There are no refunds or exchanges for single event tickets. Exchanges are available for subscription tickets, some restrictions apply. Please contact the ticket office at 817-665-6000 for more information.
I recently purchased tickets and have now received a discount offer, can I have the discount applied to my order?
Discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets.
