What is Haydn Seek?
(Pronounced Hide-n-Seek)

A treasure hunt?
Not precisely. Winners may receive token prizes but the real treasure is the fun of the chase and the excitement of uncovering solutions.

An athletic competition?
Not truly. Some clues may require limited physical participation of all 6 of your players, but mental agility always counts more than physical prowess.

A brain bowl?
Not exactly, it challenges your imagination more than your intelligence. No special knowledge is needed to solve the fantastic array of puzzles. It merely takes turning your thinking a little bit upside down...or perhaps sideways.

Like anything else?
We-e-ell, no. You may encounter live animals, tempting edibles, electric or mechanical devices, paper puzzles or musical clues. And some clues will simply defy classification.

Haydn Seek is played in teams of 6 people with the maximum number of teams being 35.

The evening will begin check-in and drinks at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. The game will be played from 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. and will be followed by dessert and awards.

The dress code for the evening is casual. Perhaps your team will want to dress alike? One week before Haydn Seek, each player will receive a list of "hints" in the mail. The most competitive teams will meet to review and try to make sense of the hints prior to the event.
