We want YOU to be a volunteer usher for the 20th annual
CONCERTS IN THE GARDEN Summer Music Festival

As a CONCERTS IN THE GARDEN volunteer usher, you'll be a vital part of Fort Worth's most exciting summer event. Usher volunteers receive great benefits, including:

• FREE admission to the performance for the usher and a guest.
  (With seating behind the red tables)
• FREE admission for one additional performance at a red table (4 tickets) if you usher at 6 or more concerts including 1 low demand show (see registration form).
• FREE parking at Farrington Field (shuttle to the concert area is also provided).
• FREE Concerts In The Garden t-shirt.

Usher Requirements:

• BEFORE THE SEASON BEGINS: You must attend an orientation session on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at 7:30 PM on the Concerts in the Garden stage. This meeting will cover festival operations procedures and usher responsibilities. You will also receive your personalized usher packet containing your 2010 CITG t-shirt, schedule and tickets for each evening you will work.
• AT EACH CONCERT: You must check in by 5:45 p.m. and continue your usher duties at your assigned position until 8:15 p.m. You will also be required to return to your position at intermission. You may sit with your guest during the performance.
• You must be able to endure the Texas summer heat for the hours that you are scheduled to work.
