CALLING ALL GREEN TEAM VOLUNTEERS!
We want YOU to join the Green Team for the 20th annual
CONCERTS IN THE GARDEN Summer Music Festival
May 28 - July 4, 2010
As
a CONCERTS IN THE GARDEN Green Team member, you'll be a
vital part of Fort Worth's most exciting summer event. Green Team members receive great benefits,
including:
- FREE admission to the performance for you and a guest.
(With seating behind the red tables)
- FREE admission for one additional
performance at a red table (4 tickets) if you usher at 6 or more concerts including 1 low demand show (see registration form).
- FREE parking at Farrington Field (shuttle to the concert area is also provided).
- FREE Concerts In
The Garden visor.
To register, fill out the Green Team Registration Form
Requirements:
- As a Green Team member, your job is to assist patrons with sorting their recyclable materials.
- BEFORE THE SEASON BEGINS: You must attend an orientation session on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at 7:30 PM on the Concerts in the Garden stage. This meeting will cover festival
operations procedures and Green Team responsibilities. You will also receive your personalized packet containing your schedule and tickets for each evening
you will work.
- AT EACH CONCERT: You must check in by 5:45 p.m. and continue your Green Team duties at your assigned position until 8:15 p.m. You will also be required to return to your
position at intermission. You may sit with your guest during the performance.
- AFTER EACH SHOW: You will assist in collecting and consolidating the night's recycling. (Green Team members must be willing and able to stay up to an hour after the show.)
- You must be able to endure the Texas summer heat for the hours that you are scheduled to work.
