Ticket Services Assistant

Ticket Services Assistant Manager

The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra Association seeks an exceptional individual for the part-time position of Ticket Services Assistant.  Under the supervision of the Ticket Services Manager and Assistant Manager, the Ticket Services Assistant contributes to general operations of the ticket office and serves as the FWSO’s liaison to the public.


  • Assist symphony patrons with subscription and single ticket purchases via phone, fax, mail, email, and in person.
  • Provide additional patron support through exchange/donation inquiries and general inquiries.
  • Data entry and account maintenance in Tessitura software program.
  • Participate in ticket office operations including mail preparation, box office ticket sales and will call, and other duties as assigned.


  • Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Customer service or retail experience.                     
  • Excellent phone manner.                             
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays and Concerts in the Garden (June – July)

Hourly rate, plus complimentary staff ticket program
