The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra Association seeks an exceptional individual for the full-time position of Assistant Ticket Services Manager. As a key member of the customer service team, the Assistant Ticket Services Manager will be responsible for the management and supervision of the daily operation of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra’s ticket office as well as assisting with the maintenance and event creation in Tessitura. Additionally, he/she will oversee the supervision and training of part-time ticketing staff, ensuring that all patrons receive stellar customer service, and will exercise discretion and independent judgment in resolving problems and ticketing issues to the satisfaction of the customer. Ideal candidates will have a passion for music and performing arts and a strong desire to provide white glove service to symphony patrons.

This is a full-time position which requires both on-site and off-site duties, as well as scheduled evening and weekend hours.
